Transformation Project Manager – Commercial Focus

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Reporting to the Head of Transformation Office, the Transformation Project Manager leads critical commercial transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategy, processes, and technology. With strong delivery capabilities and a change management mindset, you will support global adoption of new processes and systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead strategic Pricing, CRM, and Order‑to‑Cash programs.
Coordinate global stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
Facilitate change adoption across the global Commercial organization.
Provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
WHAT WE SEEK
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology.
MBA preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
Experience:
10+ years in program management.
Experience in transformation, commercial operations, or consulting.
Strong background working in complex, multinational environments.
Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
Ability to work autonomously with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.
Cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
Comfort presenting to senior executives and C‑suite.
Understanding of ERP systems and Business Process Tools.
Languages:
High proficiency in English and Spanish.
