Mission:
We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to drive the user experience vision across our digital products. The Lead UX Designer drives the overall user experience strategy and delivers intuitive, high-quality designs. This role combines hands-on design with cross-functional leadership—elevating usability, guiding design standards, and ensuring cohesive, user-centered experiences end to end across our websites, mobile apps and connected products.
Your responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end UX design for key product areas—from discovery to delivery.
Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews.
Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Own and evolve design standards, patterns, and best practices (including design systems).
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and stakeholders to shape roadmaps.
Provide clear rationale for design decisions using data, research, and industry standards.
Mentor designers and provide constructive feedback through critiques and reviews.
Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
Support development by clarifying requirements and reviewing implemented experiences.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
5–8+ years of UX or Product Design experience, including ownership of complex flows.
Strong portfolio demonstrating process, problem-solving, and impactful design outcomes.
Expertise in UX methodologies, interaction design, and prototyping tools (Figma).
Experience working with design systems—either contributing or leading evolution.
Ability to simplify complex problems into clean, intuitive experiences.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfort with ambiguity, fast iterations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience mentoring or leading designers.
Fluent English language skills.
Nice to have:
Experience with motion tools (After Effects, Protopie, etc.)
Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.).
Experience working with connected hardware products.
