We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our Software Delivery EMEA team. This role will act as a bridge between UX/Business requirements and technical implementation teams (Mobile App, Cloud/Backend, QA), ensuring seamless integration of connected products into our mobile applications. The Technical Analyst will translate user experience flows and business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements, supporting agile development cycles and facilitating alignment across multidisciplinary teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Gather information from stakeholders to capture needs, requirements, and expectations.
- Project Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the project’s status, risks, and progress.
- UX Collaboration: Participate in the definition and review of UX low-fidelity wireframes, ensuring user needs and stakeholder feedback are reflected.
- Requirement Translation & Documentation: Analyze UX flows, wireframes, and business requirements. Translate them into technical specifications for Mobile App, Cloud/Backend, and QA teams. Maintain traceability between business requirements and technical deliverables.
- Integration Support: Define and document API requirements, data models, and device-to-cloud interactions. Support integration of IoT devices (firmware ↔ cloud ↔ app). Anticipate potential technical gaps and propose solutions early.
- Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to validate feasibility of proposed flows. Collaborate with Cloud architects and App developers to align technical scope. Partner with QA to define acceptance criteria and test coverage.
- Technical Alignment & Governance: Support sprint planning by breaking down business requirements into technical requirements and user stories. Ensure consistency of technical documentation (API specs, data contracts, error handling). Contribute to best practices for device onboarding, authentication, and data security.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide technical input in stakeholder discussions, ensuring expectations are realistic. Create clear diagrams and technical flows to support decision-making.
- Global Team Support: Collaborate with development teams in Spain, and India, providing necessary time zone overlap to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as Technical Analyst, System Analyst, or Solution Analyst in digital product development.
- Solid understanding of Mobile App development lifecycle (iOS/Android or cross-platform).
- Knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of IoT communication protocols (MQTT, CoAP, BLE, Wi-Fi).
- Experience writing technical requirements, API specifications, and user stories.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in both technical and business language.
At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees. Thanks to our highly qualified team of experts we are able to fulfill our main mission: To create the perfect Pool and Wellness experience responsibly.
