Mission:

The Demand Planner will be responsible for developing and managing demand forecasts to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and improve forecast accuracy. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plans with business strategy and market requirements.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain short-, mid- and long-term demand forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends, historical data, and market insights to generate accurate demand plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to incorporate campaign activities, product launches, and promotions into demand forecasts.
• Identify risks and opportunities in the supply chain and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels).
• Actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, providing insights and support for decision-making.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on demand performance and variances.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or related functions.

• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning tools (SAP APO, Anaplan, Kinaxis, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.

• High level of English (additional languages are a plus).
