Mission:
We are looking for professionals in ESG area to Assist with the implementation of Fluidra’s environmental management system and strategy.
If you have experience and a solid understanding of ESG regulations, licenses, and compliance in an industrial and manufacturing environment, you are the person we are looking for
Your responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor environmental legal compliance in Fluidra companies.
- Support and monitor ISO 14001 implementation plan
- Environmental data management, analysis and follow up.
- Strategy follow-up to achieve annual goals.
- Support in the drafting of annual reports according to the ESRS - CSRD
- Support in environmental corporative projects (carbon and water footprint, biodiversity impact…)
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
- Degree in Environment Sciences, Biology or Engineering (industrial, roads, chemistry, agronomist, or similar)
- Master in Environmental management, Sustainability, or similar
- Ability to work in a global team and to manage simultaneous projects in a changing environment.
- Knowledge of Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001, EMAS), waste management, environmental permits and law compliance.
- Ability to propose and monitor other environmental projects regarding sustainability (climate change, water, waste, circularity, etc…).
- Data management skills and advanced knowledge of Excel.
Desirable knowledge/skills:
- Knowledge of Power BI and reporting platforms (SAI 360, Workiva).
- Knowledge of non-financial reporting standards: CSRD, Integrated Report methodology and GRI.
