Certikin International is looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join our busy Commercial Division to help deliver further growth. Certikin International is a brand leader that delivers everything that is required to build, refurbish & maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spa/wellness centres.

Our Commercial division is responsible for the sales and technical support of all our pool & spa products to our commercial customers across the UK. Within this technical role you will need to develop an extensive knowledge of Certikin’s products as well as their uses and how to troubleshoot any problems. You will be expected to deal with all technical and sales enquiries via the phone, over email and occasionally face to face as well as being able to troubleshoot technical issues whilst on the phone to customers. The role also involves preparing written quotations, coordinating projects and supply with our clients and liaising closely with other internal teams such as Sales Order Processing and Customer Service.

Your role will be office based working 37 hours a week within a close knit and highly knowledgeable team. Your role will predominantly be speaking with customers over the phone and via email however there may be the opportunity to visit customers as well as attending at trade shows.

To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with a good technical ability with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As this role can become very busy you will need to be well organised with a self-motivated approach. We are looking for someone with good IT skills, in particular a knowledge of Excel and the ability to learn our in-house system AS400.

Previous experience working within a business-to-business sales environment is a benefit as well as experience or knowledge of the Mechanical and Electrical Industry.

We are offering a salary range of £30,000-£32,000 depending on experience and level of knowledge, plus 25 days holiday + bank holidays which increases by 1 day for every 3 years service, up to a maximum of 28 days per annum. We provide a 4% pension contribution, discretionary bonus scheme as well as free parking.
