Mission:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Technology Global Demand and Program Management team in order to support all initiatives impacting the Data Center of Excellence. You will join a Team where the pool of Project Managers & Scrum Masters resides. In this role, you will lead the delivery of multiple complex Data projects in close coordination with the Data CoE lead and collaboration with multiple stakeholders form the Technology team and the businesses teams.
We are seeking for an individual with strong understanding of agile methodologies and scrum framework. You will act as an Agile champion within the organization to promote agile best practices and coach the team members on Scrum. We aim to find someone that is proficient in the utilization of Agile project management tools such as Jira.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure Scrum framework is effectively implemented for the Data Center of Excellence (CoE) so that the team can deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively ultimately contributing to the success of Fluidra.
- Ensure team adheres to Scrum practices and principles. Facilitate daily stand- ups, sprint planning & review, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments, resolve urgent issues and escalate when necessary to ensure smooth progress.
- Mentor, coach and help the Data team in the implementation of Agile best practices by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Close collaboration and coordination with Data CoE leader to align stakeholders’ priorities with available CoE resources.
- Act as liaison or main point of contact between the Scrum team, the other Technology Dept. teams and all other company stakeholders.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, risk analysis and resource management for projects and work streams involving the Data CoE
- Reporting on key agile metrics such as sprint velocity, sprint burndown, release burndown, progress release, cycle time, lead time, throughput, customer satsifaction
- Ensure projects are properly prioritized, delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
- Ideally, bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering
or related field. - Scrum Certification is required.
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience managing Data projects / roll-outs
- Experience with SaaS products and scrum teams.
- Advanced skills in O365 collaboration suite
- Scrum management tools (JIRA, Confluence,…)
- Project management tools (PPM, SmartSheet, …)
- Fluent in english is a must.
