Mission:

The Master Data Owner is accountable for the integrity, quality, and governance of specific master data elements within a specific domain. This role involves defining data standards, ensuring compliance with data policies, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize data usability and accuracy

Your responsibilities:

• Define and maintain data standards and policies for assigned master data elements
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and priorities
• Establish data governance processes and controls to support data quality objectives
• Lead data quality initiatives, including cleansing, enrichment and validation efforts
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs
• Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for master data-related inquiries
• Provide guidance and support to data stewards and other stakeholder

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• >8 years of experience in master data management or in specific domain
• Deep domain understanding
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Certification in data management or related disciplines is a plus
