1. WHO PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
This is the Fluidra Group's job portal, so you can find offers for the different companies of the Fluidra Group.
Therefore, the personal data contained in your curriculum vitae, your account on this platform and any data you provide us with during the selection process will be processed by FLUIDRA, S.A., located at Avda. Alcalde Barnils, 69 - 08174, Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona) and with Tax Identification Number A17728593, as well as any other Fluidra Group company (hereinafter, the "Company"), as indicated in each of the offers published. “Create a profile” Form
Purpose

Registration and creation of a User account on Fluidra's employment page, in order to include you in the recruitment process.
Remember that the fact of creating a profile on our platform means that we will be able to process your information for the vacancies for which you have applied, as well as in future selection processes for which we consider that your profile may be of interest.
The legal basis is the giving of your consent by filling out the registration form.
Additionally, we inform you that you may revoke your consent at any time by writing to dataprivacy@fluidra.com, although this may mean that you will no longer have access to your profile on our platform and will not be able to take part in the current or future selection process.
The personal data obtained through the registration form will be kept for a maximum period of two (2) years, from the last update you have made in your User account, or until you revoke your consent.
“Apply for an opening” Form

Manage the application for the vacancy to which you have applied, as well as contact you for any management related to your application, using the contact channels you have provided us with.
The legal basis is the pre-contractual relationship that binds you to the Company.
The personal data obtained in the selection process will be kept for the duration of the selection process.
In the event that you are finally selected for the vacancy and accept Fluidra's offer, your personal data will be retained for the duration of the employment relationship, as you will be informed in more detail at the time.
Verify your academic or employment background, in accordance with current regulations.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Company. The benefit for the Company is to be able to verify that the CV and profile advertised by the candidate correspond to reality. The benefit for the interested parties is to be able to continue being part of the selection process due to the fact that the accredited information is truthful.
In order to value the legitimate interest, a weighting of the same has been carried out. You can request more information by contacting our Data Protection Officer (dataprivacy@fluidra.com).
Invite you to take the relevant interviews, tests, level, skills or aptitude tests related to the selected vacancy.
Request references from the people you have provided us with, if applicable.

3. WILL WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties except where there is a legal obligation to do so and except to those suppliers who support the Company in certain activities (such as managing part of the recruitment process), but in no case for their own purposes.
In the event that international transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are necessary, we will do so by ensuring that they are always protected by adequate safeguards, which may include EU-approved Standard Clauses in contracts approved by the European regulator, and which provide sufficient guarantees to ensure that the processing complies with the requirements of the European Data Protection Regulation, including, but not limited to, Third Party Certifications.
- HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
After the periods indicated in section 2, the Company will keep your data duly anonymized for statistical purposes, whenever possible, or duly blocked in order to comply with any legal obligation of the Company.

5. CAN WE HELP?
Fluidra has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for the protection of personal data in all European companies of the Fluidra Group.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, as well as the right to limit and oppose its processing by contacting dataprivacy@fluidra.com.
Also, if you have any questions or complaints about how we treat your personal data, or any other matter related to the matter, you can contact our DPO, by email to the address dataprivacy@fluidra.com.
If you do not receive a response within a reasonable period of time, you may also file a complaint with the competent authority, which in Spain is the AEPD (www.aepd.es). If you are located in another country, you can contact the local competent authority.
